Exchanges

You have 30 days after receiving your order to exchange your purchase.

You can only make a change in our store in Valencia (Plaça de l'Ayuntament, 23 46002 Valencia).

If you do not have a store nearby, returns can also be made to our offices. Once the product has been returned and conditions have been checked, your new product of interest will be sent.

Returns

Items purchased online can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. To refund or exchange your purchase, you have to present the purchase ticket and/or the purchase confirmation email.

- If the order was paid with a credit or debit card: The owner of the card must return it along with an ID

- If the order was paid with PayPal: You must attach your ID and payment invoice by PayPal. With PayPal, the refund will be paid in cash.

You can track it through your e-mail. We will send you an email as soon as the parcel leaves our premises so you can track your order.

Exchanges and Returns

ONLINE PURCHASES

free in-store returns

You have 30 days after receiving your order to exchange it or request a refund. To refund or exchange your purchase, you have to present the ourchase ticket and/or the purchase confirmation email.

Returns and Exchandes Conditions

1. The items have to be in the same conditions as when you received them.
2. The items must not be used.
3. We do not accept in any case shipments with anyone
4. You have 30 days after receiving your order to exchange it or request a refund.
5. We will assess the state of the items as soon as we receive them and process the return/ change. If the items, however, don’t meet the above requirements we will contact you and inform that the return/ change cannot take place.

Refunds

This refund can take between 3 to 12 working days after receiving the product. Once the conditions of the item have been fully checked, you will receive an e-mail notification. The refund will be made on your original method of payment.

Cancellations

Can I cancelled my order?

You can cancel your order if it has not yet been sent by contacting us via the following form. Cancellation cannot take place if the item has already been sent; however, you can return the product once it gets delivered.

Could Legit Sneaker House cancel my order?

Yes, they could. Legit will cancel your order if the product is out of stock if there is any problem with the payment or the delivery address. The most likely reason is no required size in stock at the moment of purchase.
If your order has been fully or partially cancelled, the refund will be made on your original method of payment.

The refund will always depend on the processing and communication times of the banks or PayPal.

Furthermore, if there is a typographical mistake (price, size…), in the web, the order will be cancelled, but we will inform you about the incidence.

Payment

Payment methods

You can choose between two payment methods:

1. Debit or Credit Card: Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard. The payment is made through the payment gateway Servired, which is 100% safe.
2. PayPal: You can choose this option as a method of payment; You just will have to fill in the information of your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, you have the chance to create it before finishing your order.
